findhelp.org (anywhere) is searchable by zip code lists thousands of programs that provide reduced cost or free help in many categories and there may be other sites that can provide the information you seek, keep looking.

City of Sacramento homeless outreach includes programs related to shelter, crisis care, mental health support and more. Click button below to go to that website.

1 Gathering Inn in Roseville partners with more than 20 churches and other organizations and their website indicates it has programs related to basic needs, emergency housing, some support services in Mental Health and case management to help guests overcome barriers, execute a plan and find stability. A link to their website is below.

2 HART (Home Assistance Resource Team): There are about 10 HART organizations in the Sacramento Area including Citrus Heights and Orangevale/Fair Oaks. The Orangevale/Fair Oaks group's website mentions 1 Meals every Wednesday at the Fair Oaks Library and 2 Free Showers on Saturdays at Pathway Fellowship Church (8999 Greenback Lane) at corner of Greenback and Pecan on Saturdays from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm and "HART is developing meaningful relationships with some of our unhoused neighbors. Many come to get their basic needs met, but we also have many guests who come weekly just for the human connection we all deserve." They also have links to some of the other HART postings or websites.

The Citrus Heights HART organization lists many programs or has many links one of which is "Homeless Resources - Citrus Heights" which is the first link in on the page linked to the button below a pdf document that you can view or download on their website and  includes information on meals, food banks, Free Laundry Service, Clothing, Showers, Free Urgent Medical Care and more.
